The Preserve at Deep Creek

Project Summary

Since the inception of The Preserve at Deep Creek in Middletown, Delaware, DXI Construction has been the partner of choice to provide turnkey site preparation for Westown Development. One of Middletown’s newest and most prestigious communities, The Preserve at Deep Creek will be completed in six phases totaling approximately 700 lots comprised of single-family homes, town houses, and a 55 and over section.

DXI began our work with the client to provide site-preparation consultation and budgeting in the planning and design phases. We then set to work on the clearing, rough grading, and wet and dry underground utilities to provide the infrastructure for the development. We continued our work through excavation of foundations, grading for roads and parking areas, fine grading, paving, and curb and gutter work. DXI completed each phase within budget and the time constraints given, and we continue to work hard to complete this project to our client’s satisfaction.
